The Basement is owned and operated by Mike Grimes of Grimey’s New & Pre-Loved Music from Kentucky and Dave Brown from Chattanooga. We open our doors about 1 hour before a show starts. Usually... We are also available for Private Parties and Special Events with catering provided exclusively by tāyst restaurant of Nashville. The Basement is a 21+ venue. No exceptions. We are non smoking venue, but we have a spacious patio provided for smokers.
