Anna Tivel

Wow! What a great show. We had seen Anna once before when she opened for and accompanied Peter Bradley Adams. This was the first time seeing her co-star and great friend, Jeffrey Martin. Both are very accomplished singer-songwriters. McCabes in Santa Monica is an intimate venue attracting genuine music-lovers. The audience was rapt. I was totally captivated by the artists, their music and the whole vibe they have between them which is very infectious.

This show was one of the most profound musical experiences of my life.

It’s been a long time since I have heard a poet who transforms her poetry into music like that- the stories are so real and poignant. This is the kind of music the world needs-

The light show was magical and matched the music perfectly.
Honestly, it was just incredible.

I hope Anna gets all the recognition she deserves.

Another great show from Anna and Jeffrey Martin. Anna's songs express so much emotion and her voice is so beautiful. Her duets with Jeffrey Martin just increased my pleasure as it did when she supported Jeffrey in his songs. I took my daughter to the show and she is now a fan as well. The venue was lovely and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommended.

I saw Anna perform in Eye in May 2017. It was a very small venue and felt so personal. Her voice and lyrics combined with such beautiful music made the whole evening magical. I can heartily recommend Anna Tivel to anyone who enjoys music with real feeling.

I think the word someone on Facebook used to describe the live video I got from this show, says everything: lovely. This music, this artist, her passion, her soul, her voice, are all lovely. It was a wonderful performance.

Anna and the band were great. The venue was a very intimate Moody experience for just such an artist is Anna. If you lean into a dark, moody, emotional contemporary folk experience, then Anna is definitely a great option.
