Independent hip-hop artist KvnLee will headline a free, all-ages milestone concert on August 8, 2026, at George Mason University’s Arlington Mason Square. Titled “GMU’s Saturday Shuffle: 8/8/8 - 8 YEARS N A DAY,” the outdoor event celebrates his eight-year artistic evolution alongside the Vybe Wythyn Band, DJ Twin, and special guests BLK VAN GOH and .WALKING EAGLE.
Since his 2018 debut, the Herndon, VA native has grown from a DMV local favorite into a global independent force, releasing four EPs and two mixtapes. His career features massive viral growth, including 23+ million social media views, a #13 peak on the USA TikTok Breakout Chart for "This What I Do," and a #1 spot on Spain’s iTunes chart for "Positive Energy (Affirmations)."
Known for his tech-forward approach, KvnLee recently utilized NFC "drop card" technology for his 703.DMV.BURBAN.Kid EP. The upcoming performance follows his July 3rd single "What We Do (w/ Life)" and his August 7th track "New Crown." The concert runs from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, offering the community a night of live music, plaza games, and positive vibes.
