Cattle Decap. are by far my favorite 'extreme' metal band of the last decade and a half! I grew up on the big four and hardcore punk but these guys are the ones who got me into this type of metal. Seeing them live is one hell of an awesome experience. I saw them open for Cannibal Corpse and although I love the Corpsers, Cattle blew them away musically and the PA couldn't of sounded better, it sounded as clear if not better than the albums. Their sound is changing a bit from say their earlier stuff; Humanure/KBK/Harvest Floor but they keep getting bettere in my opinion.
Bottom line, Go See 'Em!
Best death metal show I've been to in a loooong time, the energy was so powerful the band and the audience became one with the music it was beautiful and regardless of the little accidents everyone knee how to act and watch each other's back; also I love the humbleness in the artists, they aren't like most mainstream "musicians" out there that think that just cause they are on stage they are better than anyone else, no this guys are real artists. Definitely going to go see them again. Thank you to all the bands and people behind them for an amazing night.
KIck ass, as always.
4 great sounding bands.
Revocation was awesome.
Cattle decapitation was loud in instruments and not so clear on vocals.
The last time we saw them, the vocals rose above the guitars.
This time was good, but not as loud as last time.
Played songs like Manufactured Extinct, and Forced gender reassignment.
Seemed like they onlynplayed for an hour.
Had a 2 song encore.
Highly recommend
Phenomenal show. The crowd was on fire and the energy fed back from the band. Easily the best Cattle show I have ever been to. Artificial Brain was even better in person than their album. Venue was outstanding and perfect for the type of show. I very much hope they come back through I can't wait to see them (CD) again.
Easily the best death metal show I've ever seen, every band absolutely killed it (I was specifically impressed with Full of Hell), but Cattle Decapitation absolutely stole the show. SO much energy, even their albums don't do them justice, a must see show
Absolutely amazing set from them. One of the few bands that I could actually distinctly hear each individual instrument, along with all of the wide ranging vocals of Ryan. Cannot wait to see them again!!!
