“My Vitriol are celebrating the 25th anniversary of their debut album ‘Finelines’ with a headline show at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire.
The cult debut has been credited as the first NuGaze album — a term initially coined jokingly by frontman Som Wardner. NME readers hailed it as an “album perfect from start to finish”
Merely a year after the influential album’s release, My Vitriol surprisingly announced a hiatus, and have reunited for only a handful of gigs and releases since.
This rare performance will be their biggest in over two decades, since their historic performance at the London Astoria.”

Played their first 2 albums in full and I thought from my position that the sound was excellent. (we were 7/8 people from the front to the left of the stage)
Dave was hilarious as usual inbetween songs and you could hear the crowd singing along throughout the entire set which made the atmosphere even better.
They have an announcement on the 30th September - hopefully it's Daydream Anonymous and Herald Moth in full!
