Adrian West Band is a six-piece acoustic rock ensemble from Oakland. They play a fun mix of originals, covers and instrumentals plus a bit of jazz. Some have described their sound as “Paul Simon meets Talking Heads”. A native of Montreal, Adrian enjoys setting philosophical lyrics to uplifting music. Whether telling a story about a skinny-dipping episode gone arwy or grappling with the challenges facing humanity, his songs are fueled by equal parts hope, realism and whimsy.
