Celine Cairo announces "Panacea" album (MOJO: "Shimmering, sensual and unhurried") and first ever London show.
With "Panacea", singer/songwriter Celine Cairo has released her third studio album. The songs blend indie-folk with cinematic chamber-pop, focusing on deeply personal themes, vivid nature imagery and dreamlike atmospherics.
Born in Amsterdam, Cairo has carved out her own independent career, expanding into Europe after making a name for herself in the Netherlands with full band headline shows in some of the country's most prestigious venues, including Paradiso, TivoliVredenburg and the Royal Concertgebouw.
Her songs have racked up more than 45 million streams worldwide and have featured in several US TV series.
She's opened for HAEVN, Birdy, Suzanne Vega and Ásgeir, and was a guest performer at Ziggo Dome, singing with the Metropole Orchestra in front of 17,000 people. In 2025, a video of her song "Bird Song", which she initially recorded with London Grammar producer Tim Bran, went viral and resulted in a wave of new international fans.
Cairo now brings "Panacea" to London with her first, acoustic headline show at SJQ on 5 November 2026.

This was the last show of her current tour.
I have attended other shows during the last year and you can hear the growth in her performance.
There was a great atmosphere and her music has a really nice flow, together with her great voice made the whole show, a feast to enjoy.
I will wait with anticipation for new material which she will work on the coming year.
