Last evening of TDDW UK tour. A packed Railway Inn in Winchester for this Canadian band, sometimes reminiscent of The Band and possibly Jason Isbell. Support from the excellent Kacy Lee Anderson and Clayton Linthicum. Kacy sounded, at times, like Sandy Denny so no higher recommendation than that. TDDW played for almost 2 hours, supported by Kacy on acoustic/vocals and Clayton on bass. Their tour de force The Banks Of The Leopold Canal came half way through the set. Vocals/guitar/songwriter/leader Ryan Boldt on great form throughout. TDDW are worthy of larger venues so a privilege to see them in the back room of a pub in Hampshire.
