Vieux Farka Toure

Both Vieux and Bombino gave an incredible performance last night. at Benaroya. Memorable and awesome. Hoping that there will be another Sons of the Sahara Tour to come. They both hail from different parts of the Sahara with their musical traditions from their respective Kel Tamasheq and Songhai ancestries that meld beautifully together into a musical masala. Just like the blowing sands of the Sahara. Wow! What a duo on stage together they were and hopefully will be to come in the future.
