The pop rock/indie duo Evermore have been making my day every day since back in 2004. I just can’t get enough of their tracks, I have one album in my car, one in my room, one in the kitchen, it’s never too much! Every single one of their albums is platinum selling, and rightly so, and I go to see the band perform live at every opportunity I get.
Their beautifully constructed lyrics and skills on their respective instruments seems phenomenal on their recordings. But when you see them live, you’ll be transported to a whole new level of excellence. Their talent has been with them from a young age and years of practice, but their entertaining factor comes naturally. Both guys are born entertainers and always win over an audience immediately.
They opened the show with the title track from Truth of the World: Welcome to the Show, which was epic as always. Their guitar and keys solos are incredible and improvised on the spot. It’s evident that the guys have played together for years, as they flawlessly work off of each other to create the best sounds and versions of their songs for the audience. Every time I’ve seen them I’ve been presented with a different show, if that’s not epic talent, then I don’t know what is!
