Her dynamic and skillful piano playing, combined with an arsenal of emotionally resonant songs, will take you on a journey that evokes both laughter and tears. Sarah's sound is amplified by her collaboration with the Rhythmwell, an exceptional ensemble of musicians. Their ability to move seamlessly between diverse soundscapes highlights the impressive versatility of each member. On guitar, Mark Balestra does it all – providing unwavering support, delivering endlessly tasty licks, and unleashing explosive solos. Brad Johnson adds undeniable funk and depth with his bass, laying down memorable and hard-hitting lines that deepen the groove. And Emmett Ientelucci on drums is a master of precision, crafting intricate rhythms while also knowing just when to let loose with unexpected, electrifying grooves.
Special guest, Bill Tiberio, brings everything to the table with his sax playing. Expression, warmth, soul and funk, make every show he’s on extra special. A recent Rochester Music Hall of Fame inductee and Eastman school’s Centennial award recipient, Bill is not only a highly accomplished performer, but also a band leader and instrumental music educator and conductor. His own project, the Bill Tiberio Band has 4 records under their belt and are a critical part of the Rochester Music Scene.
