A sound meditation is an improvisational therapeutic concert during which you will be bathed by the sound vibrations.

Cultivate a clear mind and sense of calm as you sit or lay with closed eyes and allow the vibrational waves of sound to envelope you; experiencing sound in a new way - elevating your frequency and clearing static energy, leading to a deeper level of self-understanding, liberation and peace.
